Free Trial
Every paid plan (Starter, Growth, Pro) includes a 7-day free trial at checkout, with full access to that plan's limits. A card is required to start checkout, and you won't be charged until the trial ends. Prefer not to enter a card yet? The Free plan (1 brand, 1 audit/mo, ChatGPT + Google AI) needs none — see Pricing.
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings in the sidebar.
- Click the Billing tab.
- Click Upgrade next to the plan you want.
- You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout to complete payment.
Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrading Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Change Plan and select a lower tier.
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your current plan's features until then.
When downgrading, any data that exceeds the lower plan's limits (extra brands, competitors) will be preserved but become read-only. You'll need to remove excess items before running new audits on the lower plan.
Cancellation
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account switches to read-only mode. Your data is retained for 90 days, during which you can reactivate at any time. After 90 days, audit data is permanently deleted.
Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles billing, taxes, invoicing, and compliance. We accept:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards
- PayPal
99Visibility never stores your card information. All payment data is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. You can manage your payment methods, view invoices, and update billing details through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription.
Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact support for a full refund. After 14 days, we don't offer refunds for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Unused audit credits do not roll over between billing periods.
