How long does an audit take?

An audit queries 4 AI platforms with your keywords. It typically takes 2-5 minutes depending on the number of keywords.

What platforms do you audit?

ChatGPT (OpenAI), Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Claude (Anthropic). Each uses different methods to find and cite information.

What does the visibility score mean?

Your score (0-100) is a weighted average: Mention Rate (40%), Accuracy (30%), Sentiment (15%), and Citation Rate (15%). It reflects how well AI platforms know and correctly describe your brand.

What if AI says something wrong about my brand?

Our hallucination detection catches inaccuracies — wrong pricing, outdated features, competitor confusion. You get specific fixes to correct the record through structured data and authoritative content.

Can I track competitors?

Yes. Starter plans include 1 competitor, Growth includes 2, and Pro includes 3. You see side-by-side visibility scores and keyword-level gap analysis.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Billing. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

What is a Founding Member?

The first 100 users get permanent free access to Starter features ($49/mo value). No credit card required, no catch. Once all 100 spots are claimed, the program closes.

Can I add team members?

Team management is available on the Pro plan. You can invite up to 5 team members with different roles (admin, member, viewer). Go to Settings → Team Management.
